Paper Route

Ok so if you're lucky you might recognize the name of this band, or at least one of their songs. If that is the case I encourage you to read the rest of this post and check out any songs of theirs that you haven't heard.

Now to the unlucky ones, today is YOUR lucky day. This post right here that you are reading will make your bad day good or your good day better. That is how good this band is.

Similar in ways to Barcelona this band can create beauty out of nowhere. Chords or harmonies that normally sound strange or awkward to the human ear sound amazing when this band makes them, how? I have no answer other than that they are musical geniuses.

Paper Route is original and refreshing which is what creates the good mood that follows. The sense of hope that good music is still being created. It's bands like them (and the others on this blog) that keep me sane. If it wasn't for these bands I would have nothing to do. I don't think you understand how much this blog means to my life. It gives me a purpose and a sense of accomplishment knowing I am helping bands that deserve more fans obtain them, and good people who deserve to hear such great music the opportunity to hear just that.

They have gotten some notoriety and have been in a couple "One Tree Hill" episodes and Nike has used them in some of their public events.

If you like good/mellow/alternative(or indie) music Paper Route is 100% for you.
